Royal bite

Royal bite is a piece extracted from the hip of the beef, specifically from its outter part. 

It's name is because in each animal there are only two pieces, one on each side of the hip and whose weight does not exceed 200 grs. per unit. 

As a consequence of the area from where it is extracted, it is a very tender and juicy meat that is exquisite both stewed and grilled. 

Weight per bag: 2 kgs. approx.
