Txistorra

Txistorra is a type of sausage of Navarrese origin made with fresh minced pork meat containing between 70 and 80 % fat, as well as garlic, salt and paprika, which usually gives it a characteristic red colour, and aromatic herbs. It is usually eaten fried or roasted.
