Vinification: Grapes maceration occurs in cold temperatures for 10 hours before pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, under controlled temperatures, with periodic racking to mantain the lees in suspension.
Serving temperature: Between 7ºC and 10ºC.
