Elaboration and ageing: Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks together with the skin, in order to obtain the maximum amount of varietal aromas. The terroir of the area gives the wine such structure that it can be aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.
