With more evolved dairy flavour and aromas, with certain reminiscences of butter and roasted nuts, of medium oral persistence.
Curing period between 2 and 5 months.
This product has been elaborated with the seal of D.O.P. from Menorca: Elaborated with milk of Menorcan cows produced exclusively in Menorca.
