Grape varieties: 34% Tempranillo. 33% Graciano. 33% Mazuelo. A selection of grapes from the best vines in the most reputed terroirs in Cenicero.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested in boxes and sorted manually on the crush pad conveyor. An experimental winery employing the most advanced winemaking techniques in every vinification stage and the latest ultra-maceration fermentation methods.
Ageing: Aged for 20 months in new barrels made of the finest oak. Aged in the bottle for at least 24 months before being put on the market.
Serving temperature: Serve between 16 and 18 ºC.
