Grape varieties: 85% Tinta de Toro and 15% Garnacha from vines 10 to 15 years old, producing grapes that add significant youth and fruit to the wine.
Vinification: Made with destemmed, crushed grapes and a very short maceration period in contact with the skins. The free-run must is fermented at low temperatures.
Serving temperature: Between 10ºC and 12ºC.
12 bottles per box.
