Vinification: Grapes are destemmed for cold maceration, prior to 24-hour fermentation, in order to achieve the rosé colour. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 16°C. Without malolactic fermentation
Serving temperature: Between 6ºC and 8ºC.
