Very healthy fried because of its high content in Omega 9, drier and crunchier, golden, etc...
The lower acidity of the market, less than 0.1º, which confers a greater resistance in frying and delay in darkening.
Vitamins E+C for lower absorption and greater resistance to temperature changes.
