High oleic oil

"CAPICUA" high oleic sunflower oil is the undisputed market leader. An oil especially recommended for frying thanks to its 80% oleic acid guaranteed. 

It is the most profitable oil of all those used in frying due to its high content of monounsaturated fatty acid. It is enough to indicate that it exceeds the same extra virgin olive oil by more than 5%.
