Grape varieties: 100% Verdejo.

Vinification: After harvesting at dawn, the grapes are destemmed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks so that all the fruity yeast strains can work under optimum conditions to obtain the maximum aromatic expression of the grape variety.

Serving temperature: Between 6ºC and 8ºC.
