Peñamonte blanco

Grape varieties: 100% Verdejo from vines that are between 20 and 45 years old, with low plantation densities and low production yields, providing an exclusive wine.

Vinification: Made with the choicest grapes, destemmed and crushed before applying state-of-the-art cold maceration and fermentation techniques to achieve the maximum varietal expression in terms of both aromas and flavours.

Serving temperature: Between 8ºC and 10ºC.
